Automatic Cosmetic Bottom Adhesive Labeler Mascara Tube Labeling Machine (JLB-815), is with automatic rotary design with die labeling method, which applied to end faces/ bottom side of different tubes, like lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, lip pencil, etc.

• Labeling feeder is driven by Yaskawa motor, feeder material adopts Switzerland technology, never deform, wonderful friction and non-slip, which ensure the high precision labeling feeding;
• High precision servo motor, the max. labeling speed is up to 90pcs per minute;
• No container no labeling, no labeling auto-calibration, and auto-detection;
• Adopt servo rotary disk positioning system to feed the containers, to suit for exceptionally small label size, normally used for the end of the lipstick casing, we use a specially designed suction arm to pick up and apply the label on to the substrate, to ensure accurate placement and reliable operation;
• adopt sensor detection, PLC control, to ensure the labeling high precision and high speed;
• various inspection devices, for detecting label missing, wrong label, repeated label, wrong position, miss code, wrong code, etc. to sure the quality of the output. The defective products are rejected into a rejection bin;
• Various coding devices for synchronized online coding: hot stamping, inkjet, thermal inkjet, thermal transfer, to suit to customer’s real request
